Jillian Smith is a jazz/blues vocalist who has been pleasing audiences  throughout Central NY and the Capitol region for the past 10 years. Her sultry smokey sound has been enjoyed at venues including:  Turning Stone Resort & Casino, Stanley Theater of Utica NY, Rome Capitol Theater, and Northeast Jazz and Wine Festival in Syracuse NY.

Jillian enjoys playing with a variety of talented musicians in a duo, trio,  quartet, and larger ensemble groups.   She was also the lead vocalist in the Easy Money Big Band for over five years.   

 

A graduate of Ithaca College School of Music, Jillian is an advocate for children's music education, she has taught piano and voice and created a preschool music program entitled Tempo Tots. 

 

Her music library features the tunes of such great jazz vocalists as Diana Krall, Sarah Vaughn, Eva Cassidy, Etta James and many more. 

 

Jillian recently moved to Saratoga Springs where she is thoroughly enjoying working with the many talented musicians the region has to offer in a variety of  cool  venues that spotlight  her many talents.
